Sorry if this has been asked before or is clear somewhere, but we had a disagreement at the table - do sneak attack/quarry dice get maxed out on a crit as well?

Yes. The only damage you roll is extra damage that you get ONLY BECAUSE you scored a critical (i.e. High Crit weapons and weapon/implement crit properties).

Also, you pretty clearly roll the sneak attack damage from (insert the name of the weapon enhancement that lets it do sneak attack on a crit here) -- as the sneak attack is only being added because of the crit.

To sum up:

You MAX
[W] damage, except any [W] damage that only occurs on a crit, like high crit.
any damage that says "add XdY damage to the attack" or "the attack deals XdY extra damage".

You don't max
[W] damage that occurs only on a crit.
any damage that says "once per day when you hit, deal XdY damage to the target" (like fiery weapon for instance).
Other damage that only applies on a crit (like the paragon feat that applies 1d10 damage on a crit).
Any ongoing dice of damage.
Any other form of damage that says "when you crit...".

ANY damage dice that you would roll for a normal attack including things like Warlock's Curse, Hunter's Quarry, and Sneak Attack is maximized. Damage dice that are dependant upon obtaining a critical hit such as bonus dice from a magical weapon, or feats like Devastating Critical are rolled.

hmm, this: "any damage that says "once per day when you hit, deal XdY damage to the target" (like fiery weapon for instance)." is maxed

if it said, "once per day when you crit, deal Xd6 damage" then it would not be maxed.

The key thing to remember is this: Could you apply the damage if you did not roll a crit? If the answer is yes, then the roll is maximized. If you cannot apply the damage unless you roll a crit, then that damage is not maxed.

So, back to the OP:

Sneak Attack, Hunter's Quarry, Warlock's Curse are all maximized if you score a critical hit against the proper target.

If you roll a crit and decide to use a weapon's daily power that lets you add +1dx damage (like, say, a Frost weapon), that damage is also maximized.

You don't maximize extra damage that only occur because you rolled a crit (the extra 2d6 cold damage of a +2 frost weapon, or the extra 1[W] of a high-crit weapon).
