I was going to work on Batin this weekened (to compensate for folk's final designs)... and that didn't happen. :)

I'll get the rituals rolled out tonight, I only have Kylek and Sarenax, confirmed for participating in the domain creation ritual ceremony.

Any other participants? I can't remember the exact effects of the ritual combination I'm layering over Domaine de Massacre, but it may be difficult or nigh impossible for non-participants to enter the area.

Nothing's impossible for the Chosen of the Raven Queen ;)

j/k - Kalas' Nature is +22 and his Arcana is +10, so he should be able to aid another on any check (although can a non-Ritual Caster PC help?)

Ok. Here's what I got:

You're short one trained skill from the wizard trained list. You have both Perception and Stealth trained that aren't on the wizard list. Eladrin education gives you one of them, but I think the other needs changing.

I count 7 squares for Fey Step with Eladrin Ring of Passage; am I missing something?

CB lists the damage for Chilling cloud as 20; it's missing the enhancement bonus for your main-hand implement, but it includes the damage for your off-hand implement! I could see the argument that since it's constant damage, the enhancement bonus doesn't apply (since the bonus is to damage rolls), but if that's the case, then surely it wouldn't have the off-hand implement's bonus. Very strange! Can anyone shed light on this?

Wizard's Escape benefits from the Ring of Passage too.

I'm gonna say no to Spatial Lock (Wizard Utility 16, Dragon 375).

What does Camouflaged mean on your robe of eyes? And the matching footpads? Is that just fluff?

CB says 7 surges/day. I think it's right.

Did you figure out how to put a familiar in the CB? I'm not seeing it.

Can you list out which of your rituals you paid for and which you got for free at your level? I made my best guess, but when I did you came up short of the cash to actually cast them by some 10,000g. I'm not at all sure I did it right...

Any cost on the particpation (money), cause Batin doesn't have any. :)

We'll have to figure out why Batin was hanging around if we do.

Perception is from Eladrin Education, Stealth is from the background Birth Among Another Race (Shadar-Kai) Stealth as a class skill...

I am Eladrin, and increase my teleport distance by 2 instead of 1. (does the daily power of this benefit from the property, I know it says "not including" but does that mean I should do 6+2 in order to include?)

It has implement as a keyword, so I believe it would receive everything any other power with the implement keyword would receive. I can't shed any light beyond that... When you make a decision for how it functions let me know, and I'll update.

It is under Manage, then Companion. I put in scout homunculus at the beginning on accident, and now can't remove it. Luckily the bonus matches...

I had 20,000 left over from taking Cloak of Distortion (Level 19) instead of a Level 20 item. Which was cleared for others here. If that is not ok let me know. That does put me up 10,000g. The majority of which will be converted into ritual components I'm sure...


New question, Does my shroud of life and death kick in if I walk up to a creature? They have come within 3 squares of me... I don't see why it wouldn't. But have been wrong on things like this too many times not to ask.


I think that covers everything, let me know what else needs changed!

For a Total of 8
The Belt adds to your Healing Surge Value not your Number of Healing Surges. I.e., it adds to 1/4HP, not Class+Con Mod.

As a counterexample, the half-orc feat Thirst For Battle and the Durable feat call out that they add to the Number of Healing Surges.

As far as I can tell, there are no items that increase the number of surges, only the surges value.

EDIT: Switched to Belt of Vim, for a +1 bonus to fortitude defense.
