a moment being a minor action, that is exactly what I'll do. Except I will use more humorous items like cats, holy books, and whetstones (hell yes I can augment a whetstone with a whetstone, i can use anything as a weapon.)
Now the problem is that it counts as a magic item daily use. I'll probably ask my dm if I can take a feat to make whetstones not count towards my magic item daily uses (i cant see a way to break that really.)

The only issue I have with your build is that the Belt of the Brawler only works with Clubs, not maces. So your Weapon Focus/Expertise are wasted. Otherwise I like the build.
Oh and Focused Expertise is Weapon and Implement attacks, couldn't find a regular Weapon Expertise for clubs in the CB, so went with that.

the club is a mace. Just like the mordekand is a hammer, or the longsword is a heavy blade.
