Can i take Hybrid Talent feat more than once?

It seemed like it was possible from what i read on Dragon but the CB is not letting me get it a second time. It seems like a reasonable restriction, i am just wondering where it was stated.

You can't take a feat more than once unless the text specifically allows it.

yes, and the requirements for that are taking the Hybrid class as a PP.
