If that works for me, I will be very happy. I think on the old system, if you timed out (and didn't log out) your first log in attempt actually logged you off and the second one logged you back in. Just a theory, but I only seemed to have to log in once if I specifically logged out rather than wait for the time out...:uhoh:
You know, that's the best explanation I've ever seen for this.

Flashy? Yes. Quite nice looking.

Throwing D&DInsider in my face to the point of honestly being offputting to anyone not paying for it? Very much yes.

Easy to navigate and find things? Mmmm, I'll get back to you on that one.

Two bugs on my first connect: a dead/nonloading image on the main flash display, and some text that's running under or overlapping the images. That said they probably should have fixed the forum bugs before doing the website redesign.

Don't try to be competative in web design or resources.

Your draw is the community. That's why I am still here after all these years.

My dog doesn't receive sustenance from feelgood factor! Only from dog food, which the supermarkets insist on receiving rurrency in exchange for! :D

Hey I've bought your dog a few biscuits over the years....:D

I hear yah...but your community IS why I became a community supporter, I can not name a single other forum I have ever subscribed to and donated, and certainly none I have been a member for nearly 8 years.

By the way, how long did the community exist before 02? I remember I/we had to rebuild accounts in 02 after a crash or something.

It definitely looks really pretty, and after using it a bit, seems pretty nice on usability. I can't figure out how to get to the real OLD archives though. the 3.5 stuff - I need to be able to get to those old Dragonshards by Keith Baker! without having to search for them specifically.
