I thought BENnies were the technical oscars of the ENnie Awards.

With obscure lesser known awards like:

Game Manuel With Most Typos

Designer We Would Like To Do

Least Plausible Excuse For An Adventure Module

Best Edition War Cause

Artist Formerly Known As

Here Is My Handle Here Is My Spout

This I've Never Heard Of

Best Ed Greenwood Impersonation

The Eric Noah Award (which Eric has so far won every time)

For whatever it's worth, It wasn't until Oryan77's second post that I realized that there was anything wrong with the OP. After that, it took me a while to realize that the forum name was misspelled, or that Oryan77 had intentionally misspelled trophy and it's variations. Seriously, I kept reading trophy every time.

It's like that slogan: "Dyslexics of the World, Untie!"

It took me a while to realize that it wasn't unite.

Which basically means that you have heightened reading skills. The efficient way for brain to read is to note what letters are inside word, and which are on beginning and end. With some effort and practice, people can register whole sentences or even pages this way.
There was a fun article in... well somewhere. Time? Focus? Anyway, it described this phenomena and only after last sentences - people realized it was written entirely in that fashion.
Too much words like that and you notice something is off. Though it can be a trick to attract attention, and make people who only skim through some text - to actually focus more. Kinda like using sheriffs.

Of course, using too many of them can make an article look needlessly fiddly and ornate, which is why many people who prefer a cleaner style opt to use sans sheriff.

Reading this thread made my head assplode.
