What is the longest you've gamed with a group?

So I'm actually quite curious to hear back from people on the forums about how long they have been with their group or groups. I know there is a lot of turnover as we get older, people move away, people move into the area, we get new people to join our groups, but I'm talking about the "core" group of people that you've been with and how long your "core" group has played together in total years. Just thought it'd be fun to discuss and see what others have to say about it.

I've personally moved around too much and got a relatively late start to tabletop RPGs starting around 20 and playing off and on for the last 13 years. So the longest I played with my "core" group was 5 years, which was 8 years ago. I'm with a new group now and hope that this group is able to play together for many more years.

I've only ever had one group. However, that group has turned over to the extent that none of the original members are still around (I am not an original member). The current iteration of the group is about five years old, and is composed of people I've played with for around ten (with some long breaks in there).

I had a group that ran through Junior High and through High School. Then, we went away to college. We came home for four more summers, and played then, but that's only a few months of those years. Does part-time count?

Its a mix. In my current Friday group there are 3 I have been gaming with for 23 years, 1 for 19 years, 1 for 12 years and 2 new people that have joined in the last few months.

I've had a group constantly for... hmmm... 15+ years. However, I'm the only original member, and don't game with anyone I gamed with 15 years ago, so I'm not sure it counts as a single group. There were no gaps or anything - just the members changed gradually over the years.

Group "A" began playing in 1991 and, with the exception of one member, still plays together a handful of times a year; I was there from the beginning. Group "B" began playing together back in the early 80s; I joined in 2003. There was to be a Group "C" but that only lasted a handful of sessions back in September/October of 2011.
