Cold City/Hot War: AM slot #8

Simple game. Four players. [Mission: Impossible Remix]
"Simple game. Four players. Exfil opens the pocket, cyber ops lifts the wallet."
"Bank?"
"Mainframe."
"In Langley."
"In Langley? The one in Virginia, Langley?"
"Inside CIA headquarters at Langley."
"Is he serious?"
"Always."
"If we're going to Virginia, why don't we drop by Fort Knox? I can fly a helicopter right in through the lobby and set it down inside the vault and it will be a hell of a lot easier than breaking into the damn CIA."
"What are we downloading?"
"Information."
"What kind?"
"Useful."

Four disavowed spies plan a heist to expose the agent who burned them. But can they keep the secrets and lies that have kept them alive when this plan will expose them to the people they've each been running from?

System: Cold City/Hot War (different setting, however), with many of the one-shot mods from Collective Endeavour. Rules will be explained in depth, but basically highest single die of opposed d10 pools. The mechanics emphasize trust, secrets, useful lies, and dangerous agendas.

Dice: d10s - at least 10d10 is good. Extras will be available, and more can easily be bought (hint, hint)

Pregen construction kit will allow flexible "modular" character building at the table. Pick cards for Traits, Agendas, and Secrets, assign dice to 3 Attributes, we'll play through a brief flashback scene to establish Trust and Opinions.Done.

Age rating: Spies, a bit of horror, betrayal and duplicity. PG/PG-13/Ronin/Burn Notice/Intelligence/Covert Affairs... but it could scale up or down as desired
Seats: 4, but can accommodate more if needed
  1. Hunt
  2. Krieger
  3. Phelps
  4. Stickell

I don't see you guys as registered for Gameday 37, though. Remember, you have to both create a Warhorn account and register for the Gameday 37 event specifically.

That's because when we went to the event last night the button read "Registration is closed."

Tonight I went back in and I clicked the button to register each of us and got a "thanks for registering" message, but when I go back to our dashboards it shows that we haven't registered for any events.

I still don't show you guys as having registered for Gameday 37.

When you go to the event page (https://warhorn.net/events/chicago-gameday-37), you should see this if you have not already registered. You want to click the Register for this event button in the upper right. If you're not seeing this, send me your and Laurie's emails and I'll see if i can register you manually.

I'm going to say "delayed by flu," but realistically I'm still trying to get my crap together for the game pitch...

OK, noticed you were using what looks like Chrome in your screenshots, so Laurie tried Chrome and the event is now showing on her dashboard. I tried Firefox and got the same result. IE8 wasn't showing the majority of the nav bars and buttons, so what I needed to click wasn't there to click.

Let me know if you see us registered now.

Buzz, how would you like to handle "guests"... In particular, young guests who can't exactly sign up on Warhorn on their own?

I'd like to make sure that "Son of Pbar" and "Pbar's Little Princess" get their spots in the Star Wars game.
