Thanks. I must have missed when he said their level. It seemed like a fun game overall. It did seem that they got a lot of attack rolls though. That was of some concern as I thought they had tried to speed up combat by limiting players generally to one action plus a move. But if that action can mean five attacks like the fighter got, and that was just at 7th level, won't the number of rolls potentially slow things down a lot?

I don't think so, you get the extra attack only when you use the second surge aniline so it won't trigger very often and even when you do it shouldn't take very long and it does make the fighting classes awsome at fighting.

Yeah, this was definitely the weakest AQI game so far. Way too much exposition which had no relevance to the game at hand, just advertising WotC products and pandering to the lore nerds. Chris totally could have started the session with "So you're on a business trip from Waterdeep to Baldur's Gate when SUDDENLY..."

It feels like Chris just didn't have much time to prepare, which is a shame.

If I played in that game I think I would have done a coup de grace on myself.

I agree. That was kinda a train-wreck of a session. The woman seemed off, the story was forced and Perkins cheated with the dice, disregarded the rules, seemed unprepared and for what? And I am not even gonna mention the giant robot.

The giant robot was from the last adventure of A.I., where they invaded Halaster's Tomb and took command of the robot so they could fight the Tarrasque with it.

I would like to see Chris and his employees do a monthly game session on YouTube. It is highly entertaining watching other people run and play the game.
