They posted a page from the excerpt that was also screen shotted from the unboxing. So we have the Nothic, the Ogre, and the Ochre Jelly.

According to d20srd.org, the ogre does indeed, have a 10 foot reach. So, it's different from 3.x, at least. Can't speak for 4e.

Yeah, just checked my 4e MM and they all have Reach 2 (10').

Not a huge change, but I don't know if I like it. I have always envisioned Ogres swinging a big-a club around with a wide reach.

Love the art though!

I really like the nothic's chunky list of abilities. Feels just like the 4e version. And yeah, surprised at the ogre's short reach. 4e ogres have a reach of 2, but not threatening reach (can't make OAs or flank at range 2).

A little surprising for traditionally long-armed monsters like the troll and hook horror.
