ZEITGEIST Zeitgeist Adventure 9

It's in layout. I'm reading and editing adventure 10.

I also intend to write a small appendix for the Act Two hardcover with details of one-shot adventures I've run at GenCon, but I don't want that to delay the release. If necessary we'll put it in Act Three, which will probably be shorter than the other two books if we only count the adventures.

Thanks for the info! Please take as much time as needed.

Kickstarter page lists the following additional reached goals: Bonds of Forced Faith (appendix to Act 2), Monsters and Magic of the Revolution and Vagabond of the Mirror Moon (appendix to Act 3), and Case Files of the RHC. Are all of these still in the plan?

Bonds is written; it just needs rules adjustment for 4e and PF since it was originally designed as a 5e playtest game.

Rock Rackus's stuff I have plans for, and at least one of three planned mini-adventures is figured out, if not formally written.

Thurston has a few finished Case Files.

But at the current point, I don't really have anything in mind substantial for monsters and magic. 4e and PF already have tons of rules widgets and weird monsters, and I'm not sure what value would be added by including more.

Stanfield, Harkover and king Lorcan as an adventuring party... This is why I love Zeitgeist, it's small details that matter and bring it to life.

As a personal suggestion: perhaps you could make "An Encyclopedia of Lanjyr", which is basically a list of every single NPC in the campaign, grouped by fraction/geography. The world is full of small details (i.e. Aodan's family name is Lesterman and he was a privateer at the time of 3rd Yerasol War), which are peppered through the whole AP. On the other hand, some NPC (head of Crissillir and Clergy) are only given a name in Player's guide with practically no description or details, whereas it's useful for DM to have this information at the very start of the campaign.

Of course of of this is less in priority than finishing the campaign in the first place...

As I'm playing Zeitgeist in 5e, is there any way to get that un-adjusted version?
I have a local tabletop roleplaying convention coming in March, and I'm thinking about running Bonds of Forced Faith (as long as I invent good translation of the name into Russian), mainly to establish "canon" version of history for my main party. The con main topic is "horror", I think rivers of blood will fit nicely... Have you run it already in your campaign? Any advice?
As far as I can see from the spoiler Wickett provided, 'canonical' plot can go in many ways, e.g.
OBVIOUSLY SPOILERS FOR ZEITGEIST CAMPAIGN!
[sblock]-Lorcan acts as true king, subdues witch, recognizes Amielle's good will, stereotypical and simple fantasy "happy end";
-Lorcan is defeated/convinced, Green Knight dies (probably framed in the public's view, along with Godhand), Contessa is promoted to queen, Stanfield+Contessa+Amielle lay down the foundation of Ob complex in Cauldron hill, Lee's role is... shady to say the least;
-and many variations in-between theses two extremities.

Basically, Godhand is very unlikely to be swayed from his path of righteous judgement, Melissa can be painted as either noble knight or corrupt and war-hungry heir-wanna-be, Stanfield-Amielle-Contessa alliance is implied, but not implicitly (Contessa mentions "allies from overseas", but Amielle doesn't know that), Lee is bound by his pledge of loyalty, but can be tempted to break it (I'll never believe that a dragon willingly server a puny humans for a century without any signs of rebellion!). This opens very, very different options for main campaign...

No; I'm running the plain adventure 2 investigation for which this is a prequel. I'm just always looking for extra 5e material (prep is quite timeconsuming since zeitgeist is PF/4e, and not 5e), and some extra background never hurt, hence my interest - I'm not going to be playing it anytime soon, anyhow.
