D&D 5E ForgedAnvil D&D 5E Character Generator

ForgedAnvil- The suggestions that you made for a new sheet and printing up the summary stuff. =racedetails and the like. They don't exactly transfer over. The background details worked correctly. But the other three either leave the cells blank or give me "

Oh.. Wait. Sorry. I suppose I should have given more information. I did have all the information set. I had set my race, ability scores, class, level and all that jazz.

No problem, what race, class, levels did u put in? Interested to know for bug fixing

You can try =CharacterRaceBackgroundClassFeatDetails this will show whatever is showing in the Race, Background, Class & Feat Details

Good Afternoon,

I have found a interesting Bug... On CSII under Possessions On Person, the 12th line. The Weight never appears. It never shows the weight of any Item, nor does it say Enter Weight. If I put a weight in the "sliver" column next to Weight, that doesn't so up either. I have tried several items, and have entered my own, with the same results.

In theory, I've attached a file as an example.

Thanks,

ForgedAnvil:

I was updating my warlock on you character sheet and noticed all that wonderful space after where is says 'Type the name 0f the spell for spells not in your class list or school' on the spell casting tab. It would be a great spot for 2 drop downs. The 1st would be for the number of spell casting slots the warlock possesses and the 2nd would be for his or her current casting level.

On the Character Sheet III tab, under the Spell slots and Spells Used boxes for3rd to 6th level spells is where you could also display the above data.

On the Character Summary tab, you could add a new a line that shows up under the Slots Used boxes for Warlock Spell Slots, Warlock Spell Slot Level, and Warlock Spell Slots Used.

As we discussed a while back this information needs to be kept separate from the regular spell casting tracking for purposes of Arcane Recover, the druid equivalent of the fore mentioned, and fur to the fact that the Warlock gets his spell slots back after a short rest.

That worked! Thanks a billion! And, I had used variant human, Druid, and level 6 and hermit for background. It grabbed the background only.

Oddly, when I pasted the items into the cells, each one but background popped up with a 'load from' window. Dunno why or what it meant.

Many thanks. I figured out what I was doing wrong. Good idea about copying sheet 2. Any possibility that the transfer tool could just copy any tabs which are not in the original? This would allow any user to develop their own custom tabs and have them transfer automatically. Again, many thanks for your efforts.

Bug Report: "Feat Selection/Ability Score Increase"

Not sure if anyone has tried this, but when multi classing from level 8 up, it doesn't seem to activate the second feat/ability selection. Tried using a Monk 6/Cleric 3
- Once you've added the second class, the first Feat selection is moved to level 5 (should be 4).
- The second feat selection should be at level 8 by my L9 character never got the option (I did see you could use the "Additional" fields. But still feel it should be reported as a bug.

For the copying of worksheet that are not in the tool, certainly possible but won't happen any time soon though. For now you'll need to multi select (hold down CTRL and select) any additional sheets and copy them to the new version
