The owl is able to fly over the monastery unmolested. There appear to be no sentries. There is a garden in the north-east corner. The walls there are only 10 feet high.

A walled garden shelters beneath the northern wall of the monastery. The garden is poorly kept, although some effort has been made to clear footpaths through the overgrowth. A garden gate to the northeast leads outside. Three doors open into the monastery at the southeast, south, and western side of the garden. The statues in the garden are particularly lifelike.

"So... what's our move?" Damien asked after listening to Carrodoc's report. "We can try the garden, sounds like an easy climb. Or just go through the front door. All depends on what tact we're taking here. Seeing as we don't have any kind of story about what brings us to their door other than the truth, I'd opt for the garden."

OOC: In the northwest & southeast, are those stairs leading up to a door on the exterior of the building?

OOC: Yes.

Dent spoke in a low voice not intended to carry in the open air. "Front doors get my vote. We're here on regular enough business--information about the Knight Captain and his caravan--no need branding ourselves as sneak thieves by seeking out hidden entrances." He considered, then pointed at the side stairs that led to a door inset on the southeast. "Probably locked, but if it's important to you, it's less obvious than the front doors, and might get us access to areas we might not otherwise see straight off. We're apt to make a racket if we try to scale a 10-foot garden wall. Well, I am, at least."

"Well, since we know they were holding your Knight-Captain and the Mirabar delegation as captives, I'm not sure what pantomime theater is going to do for us other than get us ambushed. We don't even have the advantage of knowing anyone to impersonate this time around. Granted, I have that mask in my pack, but I wouldn't even know what language to speak with these folks." Damien replied.

All in all, he didn't care what choice they made, just that they make one.

OOC: Can we make a decision? Splitting the party doesn't really seem to be an option.

Arriving at the exterior door near the garden, the door appears unwatched but locked. The walls have patches of crumbling masonry or poorly fitted fieldstone making them easy to climb.

Upon reaching the Temple, Thaliss has kept relatively silent, both verbally and telepathically, inspecting the surroundings for any sign of danger. The only exception was the periodic mumbling of arcane words.

OOC: Are there any unusual noises coming from inside?

Unless otherwise noted, Thaliss will have 1 active use of Guidance (requires concentration) active at all times.
