I am not sure I would buy it. I would rather see that they did class compendiums with all the 4th Edition material tied to that class in one volume with all errata. I have done it myself with the Wizard class, but it is tedious work, and I would rather be able to buy it directy from WotC. Heck, they could even update the damage level and Defense progression so that it becomes a tactical wizard option for 5th Edition. Following their vision to embrace all editions of D&D and not only up to 3.5 edition. See link for Wizard Compendium content list:
