D&D 5E Tempest Domain Cleric of Deep Sashelas

I've been playing a Tempest Domain Cleric of Deep Sashelas, but in the new Sword Coast Adventures Guide, Deep Sashelas no longer has the Tempest Domain. What happens to my character? Do I need to change deities? Domains? Thanks!

Talk to your DM. It shouldn't be a problem.

Almost everything in SCAG is there with the goal of enriching the world that you, your DM, and the other players create at the table. If there's anything there that goes against that, the DM should work to ensure that you and everyone else (including him or her!) is having fun.

Ultimately, unless you're in some kind of organized play like Adventurers League, then the short answer to just about any discrepancy is "Check with the DM". The books are the books, but there's absolutely nothing wrong with house rules, the books even suggest optional alternative rules for certain situations. The most important thing is that whatever rules are in use at your table, everyone agrees to them.

Can't you just point to whatever other reference you saw the domain in?

I mean, you make it sound like SCAG is superseding /errataing earlier books, but where does it say "in the case of conflicting sources, SCAG is authorative"?
