Considering I haven't had a chance to read the whole book yet, I gotta go with Green Flame Blade! I know it's only 1 cantrip, but it alone, without any other help, at least partially fixes the bladelock, 'I never want to use anything but Eldritch Bolt, and therefore my Pact Blade is window dressing', issue, and also makes a ton of other builds, such as the Eldritch Knight, more thematically pleasing. I know Booming Blade is in there, and I really like it and lightening Lure as well, but really Green Flame Blade is the new hotness to me.

This is rather specific as it plays to my particular interests, but I like what SCAG brought to the table for knights and paladins. We get the Purple Dragon Knight and Oath of the Crown archetypes, the Knight of the Order background, a good bit of information on the deity Helm and the Order of the Gilded Eye, and melee cantrips that work for both Eldritch Knights and paladins. It's almost like a mini-splatbook for those character concepts.

What bits did you think were pretty freakin' sweet?

I've really enjoyed the additional class options and backgrounds added in SCAG. Arcana domain, City Watch, and Far Traveler are all standouts.

I put together a list of everything available in 5e for races, classes, backgrounds, feats, and variant familiars in 5e to date. SCAG was a big part of that list. It is posted here: http://sleepingdragons.org/neobolts/masterlist.htm

That's a strange way to spell Galdalf. =P

That's a strange way to spell Elminster...or Gandalf.

This is a small thing, but I like how they gave us actual little messages to translate using the Dwarvish and Elvish alphabets in the Races chapter. I've translated the Elvish one completely; still working on the Dwarvish one. I think there may be an error with the Dwarvish alphabet, as the W, X and Z letters all have the same rune. Also, some of the runes on the stone don't really look like what's in the table above, but I've been able to guess what some of them are based on the context.

The Dethek runes for W, X, and Z have been the same since the original Gray Box FRCS - just checked and there they are exactly the same on page 8 of the "Cyclopedia of the Realms" booklet.

Another best bit for me, having just read over it again, is the Arcana domain. At first, I didn't really like the idea of it, but now I'm actually thinking it would be fun to play one. Seems like a pretty straightforward way to do the whole "mystic theurge" concept as well.

Oh, and I also really like the Way of the Sun Soul monk subclass. I wanna play one of those now too (possibly because it reminds me a bit of Diablo monks, and it reads like it could do a better job doing that than the Way of the Four Elements handles Avatar-style benders).

Can you or someone clarify how the melee cantrips work for Paladins? Other than the rare Elf Paladin or multiclass, or through Magic Initiate feat or some other rare option, none of which arise with much frequency, I'm not aware of how Paladins are getting cantrips.
