Very much so. I'm in the tedious waiting for art stage, and having to raise funds to pay for that. It caps out at 194 before I add the index. Hoping to have it on dms guild eventually. Playtesting will take a bit along with proof reading

Excellent news! You're doing an amazing job! :D

Are there any plans to have like a chapter or at least page with suggestions on how to integrate stuff?

I also feel that, while I'm totally happy with certain things being banned in Mystara or certain classes being odd, the list of page 32 is a bit too prescriptive. It would be cool to have a more in-depth discussion of which classes/races work, which don't, and which would be weird, but perhaps with suggestions on how to make it work.

One example that comes to mind is Eldritch Knight/ Arcane Trickster. Elves and Glantrians having them 100% of the time makes perfect sence, but seeing as all humans can be wizards and can be fighters... I don't see why another human can't be an Eldritch Knight from another region.

Written in a bit of a rush, but hoping it's constructive suggestions :)

Once again, amazing work with the guide.

List? Which version are you looking at? The list was ditched early in the playtest. Last version I have that was released to the public that's not a playtest version is v27, that's at http://theglen.stelio.net/. The only restrictions as classes are dwarves can't use arcane magic because of their resistance to it, and sidhe can't be clerics because they are race of immortals themselves.

By the way, a friend of mine also looked for some Mystara 5e stuff and stumbled upon the same old version that I did. It might make sense to make the newest version more visible, I suspect a lot of people are still finding it via the old Reddit post :)

I will be honest, it's been shared a good number of times I don't know where all the sites are. I had it on image flip as online book but the size of the file started causing bugs. It's on RPGMP3 and Stelio.net, the full version is available to playtesters on the facebook page devoted to it. Just had to reformat the whole book because the master file got corrupted, fortunately I've got back ups everywhere. I'm just working on art now, the book is effectively complete, hope to have it out once the last bit of art is finished.

This might be a stupid question, but has anyone forwarded a link of this to WotC with a "seriously you won't let a Mystara 5e book out?" (but more polite) feeler? I know getting something like this published would be another hurdle, but it would be really nice to have a WotC sanctioned Mystara once again.

Well PDF I could do with the click of a button. Actually physical print copies would require a kickstarter because that's going to be five figures easily. One guy just got his conversion of parts of the Rules Cyclopedia authorized, so they seem to be warming to the idea. The setting hasn't been touched since '94, so they don't seem to have any rush to do anything for it. All else fails ask about how much it would cost to license it. I've got two Monster Manuals for it almost ready. Then can do DMG, setting books, religion book, tourism book, and that's 13 books from the planned count there.

Good luck. Bruce Heard tried to buy or license the rights to Mystara a while back and was completely stonewalled. It would be interesting if the brass at WotC have changed their minds on that front.
