Converting older sheets

My husband and I are making almost exclusive use of these sheets for our characters. However we have some characters still using the 1.64 version as well as various versions of the 2.00 builds. Rebuilding the characters in the newer builds isn't a big deal, but what is the best way to move the adventure's logs from the various builds to the newest build? Reading some of the more recent comments it seems there are several ways and maybe there is some movement on migrating more than just the logs. Could I get some advice on how to get everything to the latest build and then I will be following the build instructions going forward. Thanks!

@Cyvris paraphrasing from other simular questions/answers : UA /insert item here/ - No plans to add UA specific /insert item here/, at this moment. if the /insert item here/ becomes official....

Struggling for some reason on how to get a Cloak of Protection listed on the sheet and have it calc in the AC and save bonus. I have it in my gear list but....

On the start sheet there are areas to make those adjustments. For the actual AC bonus that is addresses in box 10. Armor & Shield. At the bottom of the box there is an entry for other armor, just write in "Cloak of Protection" and set the AC to +1. For the saving throws those are addressed box 1. Ability Scores. At the far right of the box you will see "Saving Throws", in the adjustment boxes just select +1.

All of those adjustments will ensure that your protection bonuses are added.

No magic item will have all the adjustments necessary done just by adding it to the inventory sheet. If any changes to "To Hit", damage, AC, strength, dexterity, constitution, intelligence, wisdom, charisma, saving throws, DC, etc. are needed, use the Start page and perhaps the Spellcasting page. All of that has to be done, manually, making the appropriate adjustments as needed.

There are no plans, now or in the foreseeable future, to implement non-official WOTC material in this tool (and none at all of any 3rd party materials, either). Unearthed Arcana (UA) material is not official material. Nothing released as UA material will be implemented in this tool. Not UA classes, not UA spells, not UA feats, not UA backgrounds, not UA magic items, not UA monsters, not UA pets, not UA anything-else-you-might-think-of. IF the UA material eventually gets released in a WOTC official form (hardcover book or PDF to support the adventurer's league) I am reasonably confident it will then be implemented, but not before.

Completely new class? Not supported. Want more than 3 classes? Not supported.

And the Start page will not be unlocked. The answer is no.

I am sorry if my comments seem a bit harsh, but we have a Community FAQ for a reason. Please, PLEASE read it before you ask questions that have been asked (and answered) many times before. And then re-think your question again before you decide to ask it anyways.

(Grumpy halfling wanders off, wondering what he'll have for his 3rd supper...)
