Good catch.
Added.

When you say that Toll the Dead is the best option, do you mean it is the best pick for the Reaper feature or do you mean it is the best to use with the Reaper feature? If you mean it is the best pick then I would have to completely disagree. Toll the Dead is already on the Cleric cantrip list and since the list is very small you will probably end up picking up Toll the Dead anyways. By picking Toll the Dead you will miss out on the chance of picking Chill Touch. In certain situations Chill Touch can be better than Toll the Dead since it has double the range and it targets AC instead of Wisdom. In case your enemy has high wisdom then Chill Touch might be the better choice.

Good point about the range. I forgot to look at that.

Clarified.

This has probably been pointed out already and this is probably meaningless since Spare the Dying is already rated red, but there is an item called Healer's kit and it gives you 10 charges of Spare the Dying for 5 gold pieces.

Possibly a Idiot.
So, Word of radiance?

I know most people aren't as enamored with it as they are with Toll the dead, due to requiring a Constitution save. But it's still a smart PBAOE that doesn't require somatic components and deals radiant damage, which should at least make it OK as a backup against hordes of minions or rogue-like enemies.

1. Yes.
2. Healer is a feat someone should take.
3. Use medicine skill with healer feat instead of the standard + 4 for the feat. Makes skills count for more.

However I do not allow rogues bonus action use of a kit. I don’t think that’s a proper use of interact with an object. I just don’t see heroic figures running around slapping instant heal bandages on people.

The Zeal domain from Plane Shift Amonkhet looks really solid. Fireball + Consuming Fervor is 48 damage AOE and a solid 24 even if they make their save. They also get access to some strong domain spells in Haste, Freedom of Movement, and the aforementioned Fireball.

Soon my Wood Elf pyromaniac Light Cleric will reach level 4. Currently his stats are
Str 8
Dex 16
Con 14
Int 8
Wis 16
Cha 12*
[background: Outlander]

I'm playing inside AL (Tomb of Annihilation), and I have a doubt. For flavor reason I want him to be a wood elf (pyromanic WOOD elves are too beautiful to relinquish them) and I like his intelligence to be low and his Charisma to be no less than 10.
So I can move two points from Charisma to Dexterity (making it 17) or to Constitution (making it 15).

Currently I have a light armor (and a shield), so I have no problems for dexterity derived AC (which is 15/[shield]17 now).

What is the best choice, assuming that I'll reach level 4?

- leaving the stats as they are and giving +2 to Dexterity or Constitution (or even Wisdom, but I'd prefer dex or con)
- Con 15 + Resilient (or other talent) on Con
- Dex 17 + Resilient (or other talent, maybe even the elf specific one, Elven Accuracy, from Xanathar) on Dex
- Con 15, +1 to Con and Dex and a resilient on Dexterity at level 8
- Dex 17, +1 to Con and Dex and resilient on Con at level 8
- something else that my noob mind cannot think about.

Are they all good choices or there is someone that is worst from the others, maybe even considering that we are playing ToA?

Any multiclassing advice?

Thanks in advance

EDIT - mistake: I had written Wisdom 18 instead of 16
