OOC: I will also LDD for 2 HP - will have to check I think that puts me at 66HP currently, will go back and find where I spent the others.

Also a question: Do we want the reduced gravity to end after the attack? I'm not sure of the duration of the power.

INIT: [roll0], [roll1]
Opps: so a 9 (haha) +11 = 20

OOC: As long as you continue to "burn" an auto action per turn I would say it is fairly continuous. However, by the power's description, he should be able to stand on the ceiling?

OOC: Initiative
Bubbles 25
Blockade 23
Brutale 23
0/Gs 20
Thrill Devil 19
Electrocutioner 19

As I said dispensing with reverse declarations. Bubbles may declare an Initiative maneuver.

Bubbles presses her attack and returns to the tried and failed glue attack on the bike instead of the tried and failed bubble zap the thief.

OOC: OV 10 [roll0]+[roll1]

Blockade moves within reach of Electrocutioner and grabs him with a Grappling Attack.

OOC: EV 7 AV 7 [roll0][roll1]

Jacob gets the odd feeling something isn't right, but before he can put his finger on it Blockade advances on The Electrocutioner.

"Oh, this is gonna be good," he says in full fanboy mode.

OOC: I - (EarlyBird) think someone else is about. But I took Oblivious as a drawback so 0/Gs um... not so much. No actions as he watches a real hero in action.

This will hopefully be a learning experience for him.
