Survey: Centaurs and Minotaurs

Sorry if someone already posted this, but the centaur/minotaur UA survey is up at: http://dnd.wizards.com/articles/unearthed-arcana/survey-centaurs-and-minotaurs

Take our latest Unearthed Arcana survey.
Last time, Unearthed Arcana presented playtest options for centaurs and minotaurs. Now that you’ve had a chance to read and ponder these options, we’re ready for you to give us your feedback about them in the following survey. This survey will remain open for about three weeks.
This Is Playtest Content
The material in Unearthed Arcana is presented for playtesting and to spark your imagination. These game mechanics are in draft form, usable in your campaign but not refined by final game design and editing. They are not officially part of the game. For these reasons, material in this column is not legal in D&D Adventurers League events.

One I think not race should get a d6 unarmed attack. Since it is a melee attack it combines with sneak attack. So dash (action) gore, and dash away as part of the bonus. Or move, gore bonus, action attack, then shove. Feels like a free feat. The gore and horns should require a rest before reset.
Two, why does each new race get a free skill.

No it doesn't combine with sneak attack, it doesn't have the finesse trait, which melee attacks weapons need to sneak attack.
