I for one do not find the objectification of women "fun." And what you specifically describe is a male fantasy, and it's important for modern D&D to be easy for anyone to play and feel respected.

None of that art is creepy and that is extremely unfair and insulting to the artists, who did amazing work, stop creepshaming people, they don't deserve that.

Still you think the halflings are good art and that 17 pages of names is good content so...

Creepy work is creepy and off-putting. In older editions, often otherwise good art was marred by this sort of thing.

The name tables in Xanathar's Guide are greatly useful in practice, and unlike objectifying art actually good for the game and community. And the 5E Halfling art is at least appropriate, whether they fit your personal tastes or not

Their pushing their ideology on the rest of us and making this political, so I'm bowing out of this conversation, besides pointing out that this is why we can't have nice things. Shame they made it political.

It is not an unimportant consideration: many women I know personally had been alienated from the game by creepy art. It harms the community, which harms the game.
