D&D General Which order do you prefer for Ability Scores?

I have seen the same explanation for the order of the stats in 1ed. I much prefer the 2ed way. Physical then mental.

(I voted STR, INT, WIS, DEX, CON, CHR. Other ways make more sense, and I use whatever order the edition I'm playing uses, but while I started with (red box) basic, my formative years in terms of playing enough were more AD&D.)

I always thought that the first three letters of the ability make the abbreviation: STR, CON, DEX, INT, WIS.... CHRistmas? I think it is CHArisma.

I started in 2e, so the 2e order looks most natural to me. But I play mostly RC D&D these days, and I can work with any order.
