D&D 5E 20th level Sorcerer vs the world

Well, this current serial killer build seems to at least be an interesting adventure hook for a midlevel party if he does go through with his Wizard killing spree. They could be hired by the clone of a Wizard he killed, who won't take care of it himself because he is unwilling to return from whatever demiplane he's holed up in until his next clone matures.
This what what I was trying to get across the other day, most of these designs were just silly edge lord drek. This guy has a bit of pizzazz, he could not take over the world, but a wizard serial killer is a cool idea. He wouldn't go near the big names, too high profile and way too dangerious, especially in a real campaign world with magic items. However, the 15th, 16th level guys, he could pick off with impunity and it gives him a backstory about how he leveled without adventuring or apparently doing anything really meaningful in his life, he leveled by picking off wizards of lower level than himself.

Wizards killed by the Sorcerer serial killer (For purity), do not return. Unfortunelly.

The bastion with Magical Items is unbeatiable.

Strongly disagree!

..did I do that right?

The Bastion: In fact, they will be statues of impure blood in your Demiplane.

In whatever game you're playing I guess they don't. In conventional D&D they very much can if they have a clone stashed away somewhere, for reasons that I think have already been explained to you, though I'll confess I've just been skimming for the last hundred posts or so, so I might have missed something.

High level characters often have wealth and friends capable of casting True Resurrection, so really the only way to for sure kill them is to have a pet Barghest to eat their souls.

The answer is "DW, pwease" as I have been taught.

Unbeatiable Stealth check.
The Simulacrum casts Subtle Polymorph to turn the Wizard into a Chicken.
The Bastion casts subtle Flesh to Stone.

Now, The Wizard is a Chicken in The Bastion' home. Forever.
😂😂😂😂

Sssh! You don't need to engage with the stealth subsystem while delivering a speech to your somehow-not-abducted-and-mind-controlled celestials that nobody has noticed abandoning their posts to serve Evil! That's just logical. Not like using a corebook class ability - that would be special pleading to the DM!
