Or until the DM says that you're no longer hidden because you're in the middle of a plain in bright sunlight
Fine. HE doesn't have to roll again.
Since he didn't specify a target for the Dominate Person, I'll figure he went with the obvious/closest target, probably the gnome 4-elements monk who's moving closer.
[EDIT: You declared you wanted to Dominate the Rogue, possibly in an edit--doesn't matter. First, the Rog/Rgr isn't all that visibly distinctive from the Rgr/Clc, so you'd probably need to make an Int check to figure out which he was. Second, even if you get him, he has 18 Wis and the Lucky Feat. He'd roll four times if need be, and have really good odds of making the save.]
Without the bonus from Pass Without Trace, you don't beat the rogue's Passive Perception. He points you out.
The wizard fireballs your location, destroying your cover and plausibly ending your concentration on the Dominate.
The paladin swoops in on her pegasus and attacks, burning high-level smites.
The Ranger drops hunter's mark on the sorcerer and attacks twice doing terrifying arrow damage.
The Bard probably tries to disintegrate you. Hope you have a good Dex save.
The monk either moves to attack you (if you lost concentration) or fireballs as many party members as he can with his ring of fire elemental command. [EDIT: Turns out, he moves to attack you.]
The rogue moves to your location and either drops a hunter's mark on you or uses his horizon walker ability to add a die and make it all force--kinda doesn't matter.
There's a good chance the CW 14 doesn't get a second action.
You're really not very good at this. Maybe you should try picking fights you can win.
