Need crazy girlfriend input

Legend
For a game.

So, a player (Zweihander RPG, fantasy, very low-power, very low-magic) has taken the Drawback of Nemesis, thinking to minimize the cost. I've decided that his dedicated foe shall be a young noblewoman (he is a noble) who is both deranged and obsessed with him. He barely remembers her.

She will tail the group, seeking 'revenge' for 'ruining her life' and 'casting her aside' (he did neither; in fact, he only encountered her a handful of times at events, feasts, etc). She has money, but not unlimited funds, and a couple retainers, but no access to magic or enchantments of any sort.

So, what sort of insane antics would she get up to? If this were modern setting I would have no problems, but fantasy is throwing me a little.

This is a long-term campaign, so I want to avoid a confrontation between the two, or revealing her identity, for as long as possible; just harassment type stuff.

Ideas?
This is where Tic-Tok and Youtube are your friend! Go talk to them about ideas and inspiration.

Maybe she keeps running into him, sparking spontaneous musical numbers?

The PC arrives in town but finds that every inn is full. Oddly enough, the inns aren't actually full but someone came through and paid for all the rooms. (I know she has limited money but maybe this forces the PCs to use a ratty flea bitten inn instead.)
Solid.

The idea of tying up all the lodging in a town could plausibly be extended to any other resource. In the low/no-magic setting you're talking about there might be plausibility issues with that, since she'd be knowing what the PC needed and then buying it all up.

Being a noblewoman I would imagine that her status is important to her, therefore I would NOT have her attack the man’s family reputation - after all, she wants his attention and so she wouldn’t want the attention to be from a pauper

that said it will be a lot about appearances and potential public perception (or at least how she perceives the public perceives I’m the situation)

think of the stages of grief: anger bargaining denial (Among others) but you could make a situation out of each of those

denial: she has someone tail him in their travels , meanwhile telling those in her social circle that he is just away but will be back. This might lead to some other nobleman finding him at some point to talk about his rumored engagement

anger: if there is a female in the adventuring group ( or else any female he talks to ) that person gets targeted by bandits ( who are in truth hired hit men). Maybe the first time it’s to punch the female in the face , but then a second time the ambush is attempting to kill

bargaining: he is greeted by courier with a letter from her, saying ‘ok fine you can have your adventures and women but please have more discretion and that she would take care of all the wedding arrangements and getting the details of those combined nobility handled

Do be careful about using this on another player; they aren't the one who chose the drawback! They may well be more than happy to participate, of course, whether in or out of character, or both.

She's deranged. What is important to her is no longer rational. Nor will there he stages, or social circles; she is crazy, and is following him across the length and breadth of Harn.

No females in the group.

She and her attendants are tailing the PC group as they travel. Inn rooms seems a solid choice; common goods like travel rations would be another possibility, in a small market area. It doesn't have to really inconvenience the PCs, so long as they notice it has happened.

If I remember right, this is akin to the beef between 50 Cent and Ja Rule. Ja was on tour, and 50 went and bought out the first ten rows of the concerts. Yes, money is still made, but can you imagine, do to the lighting, just looking out from the stage and it looks empty... THAT's a new level of petty.
