D&D General Chris just said why I hate wizard/fighter dynamic

Every piece of SA on this says you can't use Extra Attack via the Ready action on another creature's turn. That is Specific, not General. Your one piece of SA is about the General use of Ready action to act later. You have it backwards. I'm not arguing this with you further. I know you probably won't let this drop, but I will.
There is no other Sage Advice on it. You have old tweets. Crawford is notorious for changing his mind in-between his tweets and writing Sage Advice.

It seemed that way from the conversation. Anyway, once the devil falls and his move is done, the fighter on his next turn moves 60 feet and fires 6 times. He doesn't need to ready an action that turn and has action surge.
Then the devil gets up and flies away,

Because the monsters are crazily supernatural.

All it takes is a bow and any fighter worth a grain of salt has a long bow and a melee weapon.
Actually it takes more. And it's fine.

The issue is some don't want that more to be mandatory.

Buffs may or may not allow the fighter to do even better with his bow, depending on what they are. In no case are they a replacement for items since the fighter doesn't need or want a replacement for his long bow.
Or the fighter shoots it and knocks it prone, allowing the casters to get within range and hit it hard with spells. The fighter, with no magic items, is the star of the fight.

Again. If the games combat is supposed to be based on the fighter having a ton of magic items and casters buffing the fighter to replace items it doesn't have in order to fight supernatural creature, then fine.

But if the games is about the DM handing the fighter Mjolnir and a giants belt and the wizard handing him/her a Iron Man suit, ten fans have to be honest, say so, and make it the rule.

None of this "The DM is not required to hand the fighter a Mjolnir level legendary item" nonesense. Have Cake or Eat it. Fight devils and dragons or take them out the MM.

Ah. I thought there was just one fighter in this scenario, which makes 12 shots a round a bit over the top. :)
One fighter would lose against it IMO. Honestly, maybe it was supposed to be just one, but I think originally it was supposed to be a party, but maybe just one fighter as a member of that party?

Then the devil gets up and flies away,
He has already moved and even if he still has enough left to get up, he probably doesn't have enough to go anywhere.
Actually it takes more. And it's fine.
What more? One long bow and he's doing better than the casters. What more can you ask at that point?

And I agree with that. Items should not be, and are not needed. Wanted? Sure. Helpful? Sure. Needed? No.

The game is explicitly not based on the fighter having a bunch of items or casters buffing him. Magic items are not a part of the game math, so it's factually wrong to claim the fighter combat is based on him having any magic items. And since you can't guarantee a caster is in the group, they would have been stupid to base fighter math on having buffs. Since they aren't dumb, they didn't do that.

I didn't say magic items was involved in the math.

I said fighters has to deal with
  1. flyers
  2. Invisible
  3. teleporters
  4. shooters
  5. casters
which require specific types of magic items to deal with. Magic must defeat magic. Don't like it, stop using magic monsters.

The mid level base Fighter has to deal with the CR 10 orthon who (checks stats) turns invisible as a bonus action and has a magic crossbow.
