There are several places in the kingdom that have fallen into disrepair. Roads far away from the capital don’t see the maintenance they deserve, and they slowly have succumbed to the will of the weather and the changing of seasons.

This bridge has certainly seen better days. Days where travelers and merchants would cross the river below daily to sell their goods and go to different lands.

Now it almost is a dangerous hazard for absent-minded adventurers who don’t pay attention to where they are going. And prove a major inconvenience to those merchants who’re pressured for time.

The lifeboat was small and feeble, and the storm was big and strong. The poor adventurers never had a chance to steer clear of the wrathful domain of the Water God. Still, luck was with them that fateful day, and shipwrecked they ended up.

The land was unknown to them, a seemingly peaceful beach, warm and nice. The group gathered whatever belongings the sea didn’t swallow, and they prepared to continue their never-ending quest to upset as many people and gods as possible.

Will these new lands be kind to the adventurers this time?

Love this one! Very well done.

It would be interesting if you made a battlemap booklet with your maps for table-top use.

Thank you very much! That's a very cool idea, maybe I can come up with something in the future.

A dangerous journey lays ahead for our intrepid adventurers, and through many landscapes they shall pass before they reach their goal.

This mountainous forest will prove a challenge for them, for strategic positions could already be taken by their foes. Even the ruins below could hold a nasty trap to damage the most curious among them.

Can these would-be heroes begin their journey without a hitch? Or will they learn that the world is a very dangerous place?

The party has almost reached the palace, where an old friend of theirs is being held captive. But before they can reach the front door, they’ll have to cross the bridge that sits high above the freezing waters.

The lavishly decorated bridge, fit for the wealthiest of rulers, is lit by huge fires that may look very welcoming at first. But they could prove a very dangerous hazard should they fall above some unlucky adventurer.

All said and done, the guards are more than ready to take on any intruders. Do our heroes have what it takes to cross to the other side?

I love the design, but any chance you could post a "lighter" version?

This one is a bit dark for me and I don't think would show up well if I used it.

No, I can easily lighten the overall-map, but it would probably look better if only the background was lightened, which would be harder without the original file.
I could do it with contrast and filters, but I wouldn't share an altered version of someone else's map without permission.
