Spelljammer Dark Sun confirmed? Or, the mysterious case of the dissappearing Spelljammer article...

You are unflappable. Its really quite impressive. Is there anything anyone can say about WotC or the current state of the game that you won't claim is a positive?
I mean, just about every decision they have made in this edition was designed to be appealing to as many people as possible, so it's not hard to gigure out the positive angle.

There are some priblem areas. For example, Monks and Barbarians as currently implemented perpetuate racist ideas. But I am positive that this can be fixed.

I'm not a fan of the mechanic as a whole. I'm also not a fan of spending dice to do things (like the Battlemaster).

I'm ok with Hit Dice though, so none of it makes sense to me!
Feelings can be important in games, even if there isn't an easy to identify systematic reason.

I get this. My point is. I refuse to fight against the tsunami surge of Players Handbook Cleric polytheistic flavor.

And again. I like Xanathars alot. It gets the Cleric concept right. But it needs to be part of the Players Handbook itself.
P1. "Here's a problem. How do I solve it?"

P2. "Here's a dead simple solution."

P1. "Yes, I know about that. I just refuse to do it."

P2. "..."

Starting at 2nd level, you can use your Channel Divinity as an action to give yourself resistance to bludgeoning, slashing and piercing damage for the next minute.

Beginning at 6th level you are immune to the Poisoned and Prone conditions and have advantage on your saves against the stunned, grappled and restrained conditions.

At 8th level, you gain the ability to infuse your weapon strikes with divine energy. Once on each of your turns when you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can cause the attack to deal an extra 1d8 bludgeoning damage to the target. When you reach 14th level, the extra damage increases to 2d8.

Shared Strength of Stone
At level 14, whenever you use your strength of stone ability it also affects any allies you choose within 30 feet.

Took me about 20 minutes!
It's about how long it took me to make 4 Dark Sun-style elemental domains!

Maybe the "doomspace" is not the original "crimson sphere" but more like a "spin-off", and the option to add as "easter eggs" or "guest artists" the factions from "Jackandor". This would allow all the crunch of Dark Sun, but without the original metaplot. This also allow more freedom to add more things, for example the PC races from 3.5 Expanded Book of Psionic Powers.

My fear is after spending my money with a "Psionic Handbook" years after WotC published a revised version.

I like to think of arcane magic as requiring a spark, without it you can't learn magic at all. This goes for all the arcane classes: wizard, bard, sorcerer, and any subclasses that are based on them. The exception is warlock, anyone can become a warlock because the entity you make your deal with will graft that arcane spark directly on your soul.

In practice, this doesn't really come up, it's more my headcanon as the editions have evolved.
