D&D 5E Being strong and skilled is a magic of its own or, how I learned to stop worrying and love anime fightin' magic

Probably not cantrip-level usage, but would add Inflict Status Condition.

Blindness, Deafness, Stunned, Frightened, Paralysis, Poisoned, and/or Unconsciousness have all been consequences of actual physical combat. It's super weird that these effects are so exclusively tied to spellcasting.
And some of those effects inflicted physically generally could be of indefinite duration subject to ritual healing.. Blindness and Paralysis examples.

Push, Pull, Trip, Grapple, Taunt, Command Attack, Command Move, Disarm, Cleave, Damage On Miss, Long Shot, Shield Bash, Damage Environment (Creating Difficult Terrain), Break Stuff, Checkless Jump/Climb/Swim, Hurl Heavy Object, prevent movement, Prevent AoO.
Ah a good portion of those could be allow spending a single extra attack or bonus action to perform one of your known battlemaster maneuvers.

As long as you don't need an hour's nap between them.
Basically the idea makes them something you can do every turn as soon as you learn the maneuvers spending the bonus action or at level 5 spending your extra attack on enabling the maneuver. It does not change the power of the maneuver... and it makes it so the battlemaster can still use them even without having any dice left. I mean it introduces some dynamics. For instance a sword and board user could you use it to enable a riposte and get an extra attack for their bonus action like if they were doing two weapon fighting but it requires the adversary be attacking them and miss (not guaranteed).

Tbh, I'd be pretty happy just to be able to throw some pocket sand without needing bespoke DM adjudication.

But, yeah, the statuses could have a significant duration, and it might provide some nice options outside of hit point deletion for martials to resolve some encounters.

Nods agreed, it could be blood in the eyes too.

But the idea of many martial effects having strong durations appeal to me if Casters have advantage with regards to affecting multiple enemies martial could have durational advantage but with fights lasting 3 rounds it hardly matters that the duration is till healed.
Note Hamstring/Slowed enemy is another that could have significant duration. Heroes do kind of need some plot immunity an major villains too. Player characters having a long lasting affliction could be completely un fun.. And tracking the duration "til healed" might also be a bit unfun.

5th level (so takeable at 9th+) martial exploit
BACK BREAKER. At will as an action you make a unarmed strike against a grappled or helpless target. After damage is dealt if the target took 1 or more damage they make a Con save DC 8+your str mod +your prof. if they fail the save they are paralyzed until they recive healing. if the make the save they are slowed until the make a save to end this effect (Can save at end of every turn)

'Silenced' would also be a reasonable add.

As far as the durations, most of the spellcasting effects that inflict these have encounter-length durations at the cost of concentration and/or a save every turn. Martial version could require less to maintain, or be easier to inflict. Or they could have or be some kind of rider on a crit.

From a player-facing side, I see it going both directions. Being disabled in combat isn't fun, but fighting threatening enemies is fun. Seems like mileages may vary.

throat punch
3rd level (so takeable at 5th) martial exploit once per short rest you can punch someone in the throat, make an unarmed melee attack, if you hit the target takes the damage (normally 1+str mod) and is silenced. At the end of every turn the target can make a str save DC 8+your str or dex mod + your prof to end the silenced effect.
