I know it isn't traditional high fantasy due to the high tech aspects but me and my old gaming group are all in agreement that Thor Ragnarok is probably the closest in tone to most of our old adventures with the alternating "save the world" stakes and badass/cool juxtaposed with wacky one-liners and situational comedy. A lot of the things he does like "hey big guy, the sun's gettin' real low" and throwing the ball at the window only for the glass to not break and send it right back into his face feel like attempted moments of badassery spoiled by the rolling of a natural 1, lol.

Prior to Ragnarok I would have said Army of Darkness.
