I'm glad you are with me that refluffing is a terrible excuse against adding new character concepts to the game.

I don't have an issue with adding(unless it's explicitly adding something not supposed to be there). My issue is with retconning like it appears this adventure is doing with clerics.

It's easy to make a Warlock (Celestial) that does everything that Goldmoon does and does not use Eldritch Blast.

Which pact that she never had or used are you going to give her not to use? Which invocations that she never had are you going to give her not to use? Because she can't use those without fundamentally changing what Goldmoon was in the books.

Basically you're making her a warlock with only two spells out of a small handful to cast, rather than a cleric with many more spells to pick from and more spells to cast like she has, and no other class abilities that she can use.

Average is one they should win quite easily with no casualties so yes.

If you don't give your debate opponents credit when they're right, you're not being very honorable. Despite my distaste for it, 4e was a commercial success by everyone's measure except Hasbro's.

Are you suggesting 4E was a financial failure? Because there is no evidence of that. Arguably if 4E had not gone with the GSL, there never would have even been a Pathfinder RPG to give it real competition.
