The sex scenes with Minsc are going to be weird, it's just weird to think of Minsc like that compared to Ashterion, Wyll, Shadowheart, Gale, and Lae'zel. I kind of hope Jahiera ends up playable too.

The fact the first act was full of random sex scenes was really telling on the 'priorities' of the game devs, while the gameplay and controls were amateur at best. Minsc and the Drow?! Cringe.

Well, it helps when the entire platform goes belly-up. I'd only played the game for a week or two after it was released, but didn't ask for a refund (I knew what I was getting into buying an early-access product) and had assumed that it was basically lost money after it was announced that Stadia was closing down.

But no, I got a series of messages in November stating that Stadia were issuing refunds as part of the winding-down process and then it dropped into my account.

Heh, it's a bit recursive, but you can blame BG2 for that. There were text sex scenes (very tame) in BG2, which the modding community ran with. They've since become a big thing in every BioWare-style CRPG.

Personally, I'm in the "No time for love, Dr. Jones!" camp any more when it comes to it. Let me fight the baddies, save the world, etc, and leave the overwrought romantic subplots to other games.
