Still no dedicated Creatures of Krynn book (lots of books have some monsters, but lots of other stuff). I admit real surprise.
True. A bestiary wouldn't go amiss.
The challenge I think would be is avoiding duplicating what people might already have purchased. While having it all in 1 location would be convenient, I'd be hesitant to purchase a bestiary if it doesn't have substantially more than what is already available in the SotDQ, MC2 on DDB, Dragonlance Companion, and Tasslehoff's Pouches of Everything that are already available. I'm sure there's others, that's just what I personally have so far.

Also an issue. It's funny. I have two really big monster books on DMsGuild. Creatures of Eberron sells a lot (for me anyway). Creatures of Ravenloft almost nothing. (I have some layout things I'd re-do on the latter for sure, it looks throw together a bit).

That said, there are quite a few DL creatures not in books yet, IIRC. Also, you can do more than one statblock for, say, thanoi, as an example.

You certainly could and that could be appealing if done well. For example, Monster Manual Expanded has 9 different versions of orcs so doing something similar for the thanoi would help flesh out them to use in adventures.

So, ya, guess I'm not doing that now.
This is what I mean by having a name and DMsGuild. Wish I had started a decade ago......but then, I had a real job and kids then.
With us at the Nexus, we've worked on Dragonlance for the last 21 years, including with Margaret Weis Productions. However, this is our first foray into the Dungeon Master's Guild territory.

If you want to do your own thing, go for it! There's room for more than one point of view.

It takes weeks to do a monster book with 40+ monsters. I've learned my lesson.

I thought about doing one on the dragons of Krynn. I thought about giving them unique stat blocks like the 1e DL dragons had unique designs. I even have a rough draft for the red. I just don't have the time, or the writing chops to pull it together. I am good with stat blocks, not so much writing and lore.

Here are the drafts of the red adult and ancient:
