I don't think their cameos matter to much.
Bigger concern for me is wrapping up the season in 2 episodes IMHO. It's been a bit meandering tbh.

Anyway apparently next episode has a crossover, big character reveal and it links everything together from earlier in the seasons.

I am not worried about the small, but loud, toxic element of the Star Wars fan base who see the Lizzo and Jack Black cameos as the "death of the franchise". I just can't roll my eyes hard enough.
I have a lot of respect for Lizzo as a performer and artist, but her acting chops were unfortunately weak in the episode. And Jack Black is . . . well, Jack Black. I didn't enjoy those two cameos, but neither did I find them problematic in any way. Of all the things to complain about in Star Wars . . . .

Just the sort of people who would call out anything that they don't personally like as the death knell for the property. "Oh, look. Henry Cavill! Superman doesn't belong in Star Wars, so it's dead now."

Honestly, Jack Black, Lizzo and Christopher Lloyd were all jarring as hell. I appreciated seeing some prequel droids. But Bo's duel at the end was very weak. It kind of makes Mandalorians look like they're not very dangerous warriors at all.
That said, I honestly find Bo Katan miles more interesting as a character than our show's lead.

Celebrity cameos are a problem if they take you out of the story, so that you are thinking "Oh, here's a crass appeal to popular culture." The last few seasons of Game of Thrones had plenty of narrative problems, but the Ed Sheeran cameo just screamed that the show no longer really cared about being taken seriously as a story. That property, like the Mandalorian, depends on being an entirely separate world than our own.
On the other hand, if a story is meant to be taken less seriously, then celebrity cameos can be a lot of fun. I loved the one in D&D:HaT because it was basically another good gag in a film that is all about good gags. When you've got a shaggy dog story to begin with, cameo away. But these cameos felt like they were undermining, not enhancing.
