I mean you do you. To me, having spent most my life in homes overcrowded with too many possessions, appliances whose only purpose is to have the same flavor profile of food in a different shape are kind of top of the list for things to not own.And here I am with both a waffle maker and a griddle I use almost exclusively for pancakes. I feel so fancy!

I mean, fair enough.If you have a bizarre specialist device but like, use it multiple times per week (or at least month), that's probably justifiable. I have a milk frother for example, but I use it like 2x a day on average making coffees. Whereas for a lot of people it would sit there gathering dust for months or years.
