A bariaur, a shator/kelubar gehreleth demodand, a couple of dabus, plenty of monodrones, what looks like it might be a new take on a parai/visilight, what I assume to be a time dragon, an animal-headed ettin(?) of some kind, Juiblex, cranium rats, and no less than three pre-Faction War Factols.

Definitely got my brain-box spinning.
My guess, based particularly on how they did Ravenloft, is that thisnis going to be at least a soft reboot to the original state...with edits and updates.

Some times in the past I have said Hasbro is interested into create D&D creatures to these be sold as toys.

In the past there was a mousefolk specie, even before the nezume from Rokugan, the tari from Dark Sun setting.

Was it a time dragon? Congratulations for the artist, seriously. This will be one of the most iconic pictures of 5Ed. You could sell posters and shirts with that image.

The art of "Doña Dolores" (= the Lady of Pain) is awesome. I wonder about some possible artistic influence in the future by the videogame "Blasphemous".

A couple more pics directly from the D&D twitter account, officially confirming demodands/gehreleths in the bestiary (which were more or less unofficially confirmed already based on the art we've seen, but still...)

No mention of Apomps the Three-Sided, but that's something I'd expect out of their entry in a more in-depth fiend deep dive book rather than a bestiary - assuming, of course, that they haven't dropped Apomps as a plot element entirely, which is certainly possible since it hasn't been touched on at all to my knowledge since 2e. Perhaps more likely if/when they also bring back baernaloths.

Regardless, I'd be all for getting an updated Faces of Evil-style fiend deep dive along the lines of Fizban's and Bigby's. Polish up the demon/devil stuff from Mord's Tome of Foes, throw in some yugoloth, demodand, and assorted lesser fiend lore, and it probably wouldn't be too involved to put together.

Great catch!! And it's awesome to see those demodands! I love that they have Demodand as a language, too

I
Love those pictures, especially of the demodand, which haven't had much art over the years.

The mouse-type creature? Maybe a musteval guardinal? Although they're supposed to be more ferret-like than mouse-like. It very much is reminiscent of the pose of the mustival from 3e art, as seen here: Musteval

Hmm, even that article says "mouse-like". So if it is a musteval, someone got their information from that article instead of from the 3e The Book of Exalted Deeds - and missed the origin of the word, which is from the ferret's scientific classification: Mustela furo (genus Mustela is equivalent to weasels). But even if they've got the inspiration wrong (and it's not a huge difference anyway), it's at least a good sign that the guardinals will be appearing in this book.
I'm confident that's a musteval, which excites me!!

Welp, no need for the demodand/gehreleth slash form any more; it's "demodand" for the foreseeable future. Which is fine, as that's the original 1e term before the Satanic Panic forced the name change for 2e. The only one left of those is "yugoloth", which is reasonable since daemon and demon are obviously easily confused.
