D&D General DALL·E 3 does amazing D&D art

"A Stirge looks like a cross between a flarge bat and an oversized mosquito. Its legs end in sharp pincers, and its long, needle-like proboscis slashes the air as it seeks its next meal."
I was curious how different it might look taking out the actual word stirge:

The evil gnome, Patcher Moldwarp, blows a green powder in the face of the halfling mayor, who is transformed into a frog.

Prompt: High quality modern comic book art, white background, medieval fantasy, full length view, a mean-spirited grumpy sooty male gnome vagrant prospector with a devilish intelligence in his eyes. He is blowing green powder at the short squat round robust male halfling mayor, who is magically transforming into a frog.

Image creator seems to be way more sensitive to being 'covered in blood' or 'blood-stained' or 'bloody' etc than it was two days ago. I cannot get any such prompts through now.
I found the word "grotesque" will set off the No Safe tripwire too. It worked two days ago and yesterday it failed every time.

Do not use the word EVIL. It does not like EVIL at all.

This one doesn't match the prompt, but I think I like it even better:

I only got blocked notices when trying to make an image of my Ranger 'petting the goat with glowing eyes'... I worked around it by 'touching the head of the goat with glowing eyes' instead of petting it, but they are really getting weird now.

Yes, they seem to fiddle the sensitivity of their censorship. Many people are complaining on reddit about it apparently. Especially about blood. I tried to continue my magic item catalogue and there is no way to get a descent Axe of the Berserker, it triggers the violence block. I wonder why... In the same vein, a pair of high heel boots made of ice (I wanted a new take on the boots of winterland) generated only one image, that means that 3 out 4 were flagged as problematic.

Well, some prompts passed through, though... I think you will quite easily associate them to the right magical item.

This latter one totally doesn't infringe on any well-known property.

But then it took me 9 tries to get a pretty basic scene with an adventurer ringing a chime or bell, the music represented by notes reaching a chest with a large lock. And it consistently failed. So, time to bed, I guess.

It also does not seem to like the word vampire. Maybe not so surprising.

And this was not quite what I wanted when I did this prompt: "Full length view. Banshee wailing outside castle. High Definition modern comic."

The last one was the only one that was kind of ok.

And I tried doing my current Pathfinder-character: an efreet, who fight swith 2 burning poi. Bard (think bellydancer). Didn't work that well.

Some attempts at producing a death knight using the description from the 5e MM:

Prompt for the last one: High quality modern comic book, white background, full length view. A death knight is a skeletal warrior clad in fearsome plate armor. beneath its helmet, one can see the knight’s skull with malevolent pinpoints of light burning in its eye sockets. Its boots crunch on bones on the ground.

With the first one, I forgot to add "full length view" and when that still didn't work, I added "Its boots crunch on bones on the ground". That mostly worked.

I found putting something to give it distance or depth, a bird above, or something behind/beside it (I used Ravens, Sparrows, and my Fire Goat yesterday) causes it to change how it will present the image.

I had to do he same with 'dress', even in the context of 'full dress uniform'. It really didn't like 'Japanese' either.

Maybe the engine was training on so much hentai he's incapable of producing a Japanese image of the SFW kind now, lol.

I fear if they go overboard we might need to change "does" to "used to do" in the thread title :)

Displacer beasts anyone?

Yeah, you'll note I've been including a rat, mouse, or kitten in a number of my portraits to try and achieve that effect. Sometimes it works better than other times!

prompt: High quality modern comic book, white background, full length view. A sleek great cat covered in blue-black fur with six legs and two tentacles sprouting from its shoulders, both ending in pads tipped with spiky protrusions. Its eyes glow with an awful malevolence. It has the ability to displace light so that it appears to be several feet away from its actual location.

Changed style to high quality digital art and got:
