I think it still does. After seeing the list of Conditions, I'm surprised the Sleep spell gives the Incapacitated condition rather than the Unconscious condition.
I just got caught up in the "2024 Spell Changes" thread (We had company over for dinner tonight and now I'm ~47 million posts behind on the forum), and it seems that Sleep gives Incapacitated the first round, then Unconscious thereafter. We can't have things make sense, now can we?
I could see it forcing a concentration check, but nothing about the prone condition itself seems to affect it.Does proning a target end their concentration? Someone said it does but it was a friend of a friend source and I find it hard to believe. I'm pretty sure its wrong but I'm just curious.
No.Does proning a target end their concentration?
I feel both happy and sad about that... I think I'm in a quantum superposition.

Phew. Okay, that's a crisis averted. So I assume concentration checks are unchanged completely? I don't see anything online talking about it and I'm just curious if the guy was misreading a change or just made it up/pretended to know.
