D&D (2024) No disclaimer in the 2024 PHB?

Can someone who has it confirm this? Is there no disclaimer?

I checked the Alt Cover version and didn't see a disclaimer in my brief look in the front page you usually find it.

It is disappointing, but they must have decided it was old hat or something.

It might have been the beloved idea of a manager who's no longer working with them and this was a chance to reimagine the books and this got imagined-out without that advocate in the room.

The humorous ones in italics on every 2014-era 5e book's credits page. Here is the one from the 2014 PHB for example:

Disclaimer: Wizards of the Coast is not responsible for the consequences of splitting up the party, sticking appendages in the mouth of a leering green devil face, accepting a dinner invitation from bugbears, storming the feast hall of a hill giant steading, angering a dragon of any variety, or saying yes when the DM asks, “Are you really sure?”
