Those boots are amazing!
This is also one of my favourites, although at the time the Manual of the Planes was published it was still called an "ethereal dreadnought" (see page 19), which sort of explains all of the strange crystals, bubbles and other shapes in the background. It seems to have been renamed in 2nd, which is also when it was first given stats.And hard to go wrong with the OG astral dreadnaught by Jeff Easley:
