D&D (2024) Will the Forgotten Realms Player's Guide Feats/Spells Have Forgotten Realms Campaign Only Prequisites?

Folks have been pointing out that the Eberron feats have a campaign setting Eberron, but Dragonlance's feats had Dragonlance setting as a prequisite, so it's the not the first.

So is this the trend going forward, will FR stuff have FR only requirements, Lorwyn have Lorwyn only requirements, etc...?

I think a way to learn if FR and/or Greyhawk are assumed as default settings is to see if they have a setting requirement on Feats

Do you think that would prevent you from using them, or letting your player's use them, in any setting? With a reskin? (Genuine question)

Greyhawk has no unique feats.

We will see I guess if FR feats have setting requirements.

My guess is there will be a Spellfire feat for non-Sorcerer characters (based on the Spellfire art they showed which clearly shows a Barbarian absorbing magic) and if so, then I 100% would bet that type of feat is locked to the Forgotten Realms setting, as Spellfire is a unique feature of the setting.

Greyhawk has no unique feats.

We haven't had a greyhawk exclusive product yet. The first one is the new starter set

Is it, though? The original wasn't, and I hadn't heard that there was a specific Greyhawk connection to the Starter Set. All I remember hearing was Perkons and Wyatt say there were no plans to explore Greyhawk in future products specifically.

Originally ot was a vague "Realm", then Mystara, kind of. Really curious tonsee what they do in the Starter Set, but right now my guess is that it will toe in the old cartoon stuff they have been dropping.
