Doop. It’d be quite surprising if they got him properly in there.

So we have:

• Doom in white holding court in an Elizabethan setting - likely Secret Wars.
• Star-Lord and Cataract/Vision hanging out.
• Doom in white again.
• Wong, Star-Lord, Kate Bishop, and Kamala Khan hanging out in a space pub. The others are less clear but are possibly Stature, Speed, and Wiccan.
• Some version of the Black Panther; doesn’t look like Aldis Hodge, a commonly theorised recast.
• Hulk, She-Hulk, and maybe Skaar in an Elizabethan setting.
• More Elizabethan Doom - his vizier might be Strange.
• More BP x 2.
• Some guy in prison, soaked in water - maybe Johnny Storm?

So we have quite a few shots of available actors (Chris Pratt, Paul Bettany, Benedict Wong, Hailee Stansfield, Iman Vellani, Mark Ruffalo, Tatiana Maslany, RDJ) and of some who may not yet be cast. Secret Wars seems very likely.

That would be pretty funny. I don’t think it’s far off - I wonder whether it’ll be a version of An Age Undreamed Of*, where Doom uses whatever Macguffin** to create a Ren Faire version of the world and a rag tag team of Avengers have to change it back.

*An X-men comics story from the 1980s when a Conan-era magician called Kulan Gath (yes, the Hyborian age is canonically the past of the Marvel universe) magically rewrites New York into a swords and sorcery setting for a couple of issues. Comics, everybody!

**Or possibly rewrites the MCU with his own home universe where he’s already an Elizabethan god king.

The most recent Secret Wars was about parallel universes and features Doom in a central role. That would cover all of these different realities we're seeing and match with the majority of the rumors out there.
