This reminds me of No Thank You Evil which I started my daughter on. It was great when she was 5-7 years old. She's to old for it now and prefers to DM d&d now. I guess this is the targeting youth thing Perkins was talking about.

Until you read the text, though. That orange lady with the glasses and the candy cane? She is a neutral evil halfling who sold her brother to a hag who permanently enslaved him.

I'm on the fence about this one. On one hand I'm hoping it elaborates on the dragon types as the new MM'24 is laughable at the amount of detail it ignored. I had to look in the MM'14 to find dragons age for their category. But with the adventures being built for specific levels makes me feel like I'll probably not run them. I wish they'd create more an adventure guide, ideas, toolboxes rather than pre-determined leveled adventures. Guess I can pre-order it on Amazon and return it if it's not good.

Only a page of each but I love this new approach. Will be interesting to see how they handle dungeon maps and exploration.

This looks great! For my own campaigns, I always try to get a dragon in there as soon as possible, so this would give me lots of ammo for that.

I would definitely be making tweaks to them. I think the over-the-top whimsical fairy tale vibe of the level 3 adventure would be better if every NPC was a gnome. (I love using Gnomes for comedic elements).

For the level 1 adventure: A tiny village of Elves with Dragonborn and Orcs living there? No thanks, they can all just be Elves. And with some new surnames that aren’t all “WordWord”.
