Heretic of The Seventh Circle
Sure, but that extra feat is just an oregano feat. No big dill. That's not a long thyme in most campaigns, but still, the human would have 3 to your 2. It's their provençal

Don't let them hear you call them yellerHonestly I'm still trying to figure out why Hill Goliaths are yellow.
I've never seen the unpopularity. In all the games I've been in as player or GM, I've never seen a group without at least one player who loved gnomes, even if they weren't playing one at the time (and it wasn't me, I'm neutral on the subject).Gnomes get advantage on Wis, Int and Chr saves (plus darkvision and some free cantrips and/or first level spell). That's really strong, and I'm surprised they're not more popular.
Genasi/Aasimar tend to blend into each other whereas Goliath pick up the elemental traits for variety, they have the largeness making them distinct from humans plus all the deep lore of Giants - both DnD and IRL.Feels like they ate Genasi lunch a bit and took on the elemental vibe with the Giant types as well.
To be fair, Goliaths only get a bit of the element. Fire goliaths don't resist fire damage and storm goliaths can't breathe underwater.Feels like they ate Genasi lunch a bit and took on the elemental vibe with the Giant types as well.
They're among the least used on both D&D Beyond and in Baldur's Gate 3I've never seen the unpopularity. The optimizers love the Goliath this edition. So many little helpful powers usable proficiency bonus times a day.
There is a difference between being mechanically strong and being interesting.Gnomes get advantage on Wis, Int and Chr saves (plus darkvision and some free cantrips and/or first level spell). That's really strong, and I'm surprised they're not more popular.
