D&D 5E (2024) Is the FR Bundle + 2024 Core combining to turn 5.24e into Advanced 5e?

So in addition to new mechanics like Bastions in the the Core, the FR books are addition Circle Magic including 19 spells with special CM effects, 8 Factions, with I think Faction Reputation, a Piety System adapted for FR, Epic Chosen Feats, some Subclasses, like Oath of the Genie that can really open up a new Playstation for a class, unique mechanics for each of Calimshan, Icewind Dale, Moonshaes, Dalelands, Baldur's Gate, regional Bastion Mechanics, Lorwyn-Shadowmoore's unique mechanics, playable Vampire mechanics in Book of Hunger, time Travel Mechanics and Unique (I think) Netherese Mechanics in fall of Netheril and who knows what else, did I forget anything?

I love it, but its going to radically increase complexity of Forgotten Realms D&D games. Or is that the point, that FR's thing, that its more complex and epic mechanically and depth and bredth of lore wise compared to other settings, with other settings have more focused mechanics including some of or all of the core?

But is adding Backgrounds really adding that much complexity? Is it any different from expanding options via an Everything guide, in other words?
Complexity, nah, but it is a significant escalation of possible characters directly out of the box. Even considering that Backgrounds are pretty easy to homebrew, the new Feats that come with them are definitely amping up tge options faster than 2014 did.
