Science Fiction: Greatest TV Shows Part III

Disallowing The Expanse seems arbitrary. While the show is based on a series of novels and it did not tell the story of the last three books, the show itself ends with what felt like a satisfactory ending. Even though we were left with unanswered plot threads I am sure we can all think of some shows that were "complete" that suffer from the same problem.
The Expanse's exclusion wasn't arbitrary - it simply failed the complete rule because there were shows that hadn't aired yet at the time of his post. The series, as filmed and shown on TV, wasn't complete - we were anticipating more that would have a bearing on our judgment of the series as a whole. It had nothing to do with whether or not the series adapted the complete book series or anything like that.
By Snarf's rules, The Expanse WOULD be eligible now (though Stranger Things, the other show he called out, still isn't as of the date I'm posting this - it will be soon).

So lets include The Expanse then.

But exclude Foundation and Three Body Problem for a bit.

I'd like the include Ultraviolet (the 1998 vampire hunter TV series, staring Idris Elba) as one of my favourites. Seems to be available to watch remastered on YouTube for free.

Has anyone mentioned Homeboys in Outer Space? It was touted as "Star Trek meets Amos 'n Andy," though now that I think about it, that might not have been a compliment.

Andor, though it's barely sci fi for me
Expanse
Battlestar Galactica
Star Trek Discovery, who's last season was not good, but before that? Really good.
Dr Who

Why can't I think of any older shows?

I'm not sure x files was sci fi for me....

Fair. I just assumed that all posts auto-updated to make sure they were current ;)
