The frog man has only very limited facial customizations. It's possible the Ribbet gets the full range of them.It is hard to tell because how you can access the models, but here is a frogfolk versus a ribbit:

I admit that these sorts of things -- having a mini that matches my mental image of my character-- are not things I care about. At all. So I don't understand why it is an issue, but I do understand that it IS an issue for some folks. The custom facial expressions add a lot of personality to a character. Yeah, I love the Critical Role folks and think it is great that Daggerheart is doing well...but between this and the Shennanigans with the "open" license for Daggerheart they have had some WotC-level rake-to- face moments.I am kind of chuckling because there's a segment of people who insisted that WotC was going to have microtransactions so they moved to "indie" game Daggerheart which it turns out has microtransactions through HeroForge
