3PP Release The Night of the Knife: A Campaign Quartet Adventure

to be fair, a hauberk IS a chain shirt. a5e calling a full suit of mail "hauberk" is a misnomer, since a hauberk would only be one part of such a suit. so it's not an UNREASONABLE mistake to make...
That was pretty much my thought process, yeah. I knew A5e updated "Studded Leather" to "Leather Brigandine" which is what it -actually- is, and saw Hauberk and went "That's a chain shirt!" and left it at that.

Though, in fairness to EN Publishing: The chain shirt people imagine was never a thing. Hauberks were just maille and it's what everyone knew maille to be. The whole "T-Shirt Chain Shirt" thing is a pure Tolkien creation.

Ah. :) When I first got my hands on the Adventurer's Guide and saw Leather Brigandine instead of Studded Leather, I briefly wondered about the name change for several of the armors. Now you got me a wondering again. :p Was Leather Brigandine the original name for that kind of light armor and Studded Leather the more recent name? curious

Brigandine is the armor. Looks like this!

Early D&D designers saw it and just saw leather with some studs in it, and knowing that punks wore leather jackets with studs or spikes, assumed it was the same thing!

But this is what it looks like on the inside:

As far as the cloth/leather brigandine... I'm not -certain- there was a significant difference in the external material since it was really just there to support the tiny metal plates under it.

Also... I'm guessing the equipment "bonus content" (Inconspicious Civilian's set for the keeper) in the foundry module was due to it not fitting on the page in the book.

Almost done with the Pregens (game could be on friday), I noticed a discrepancy in the Spiritualist.
Spellcasting - Cantrips says they have 4 cantrips at level 1 but the table says 2 (they get 4 at 11th level).

As a teaser, here's a quick avatar/mini I did with Heroforge for the Inquisitor

And you are correct on the errors!
