if the cleric has no Divine Focus, he can't cast spells with the DF symbol in the spells discription. He could cast those with out it. If he had a back up Divine Focus, he could use that. And he doesn't lose his spells. If he found a Divine Focus later in the day, he could always cast the spells...

Yes, just as a wizard would be allowed to wear full plate and a tower shield. Granted the arcane spell failure would be ridiculous, and without the proper feats an insane penalty to attack rolls (due to the armor check penalty). And no different than a Barbarian without the exotic weapon...

I seem to remember the Sage said that Uncany dodge stacks from multiple sources. So a Rogue 3/Barbian 2 can't be flanked since when you add the levels of classes that get Uncanny dodge is 5, and a 5th level Barbarian can't be flanked.
